https://telarch.ai/mcpThe Telarch app gives ChatGPT and Codex seven tools: fit context into a token budget, decide which memories are current, check a writer's lease, and seal or verify an audit chain. One of them opens an inspector inside the conversation.
The names say which library the idea comes from. Every call is answered from its own inputs; nothing carries over to the next call.
| Tool | What it does |
|---|---|
harpe_synthesize_context | Fits candidate context items into a token budget, exactly or by priority, and reports what was kept and what was dropped. |
harpe_budget_evaluate | Works out how many tokens are left in a model's window after a safety margin, and how full the window is. |
kibisis_resolve_memory | Decides which memories are current when some were superseded or revoked, keeps tenants apart and keeps unverified entries out of verified recall. |
kibisis_lease_evaluate | Checks whether a writer's fencing token and lease still allow a write, or whether the write must be refused. |
argus_audit_seal | Hashes a list of agent events into a SHA-256 chain over canonical JSON. Refuses floating-point values, so results stay reproducible. |
argus_audit_verify | Walks a chain from the first event and names the first event that was changed. |
telarch_open_inspector | Opens an interactive inspector in the conversation for trying all three. |

https://telarch.ai/mcptelarch-local is a stdio server with ten tools over the Python libraries: memory in an encrypted Kibisis vault, Harpe budgets and an Argus ledger, kept in the plugin's data folder on your disk. It needs Python with the three packages.
pip install "harpe==0.1.0a12"
pip install "kibisis==0.1.0a16"
pip install "argus-ledger==0.1.0a8"Add the repository as a plugin marketplace, then add a plugin. telarch-local runs the server on your machine; the hosted plugin is listed under the app's ID and calls telarch.ai/mcp.
